. The Colorado State Rapid Response Team serves people that work at companies which are facing corporate restructuring and downsizing. The Rapid Response Team was created as a cooperative effort between the Unemployment Insurance Program, your local Workforce Center, and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. The team will offer priority services to employees that are impacted by a corporate downsizing.
